Yasmeen Sultana is the President and CEO of Quantum Environmental Services Inc., where she brings nearly two decades of specialized expertise in air quality, greenhouse gas (GHG) management, and ESG strategy. Known for her ability to translate complex climate regulations into clear, future-proof technical pathways, she advises global clients across the oil and gas, power, and industrial sectors on how to navigate one of the most transformative eras in environmental regulation and decarbonization.
Yasmeen is widely recognized for her ability to turn complex climate data into clear, actionable strategy. She has guided Fortune‑level companies in building transparent, audit‑ready GHG inventories, designing enterprise carbon programs, and aligning with rapidly evolving regulatory and voluntary frameworks. She helps clients move from reactive compliance to proactive decarbonization, empowering them to lead with integrity in a rapidly changing world.
Yasmeen’s leadership includes directing the air quality, GHG, and leakage studies for the Angeles Link Phase 1 Hydrogen project—one of the most ambitious clean-energy infrastructure initiatives in the United States. Her ability to manage high-stakes, data-intensive environmental assessments positions Quantum as a trusted partner for organizations seeking clarity, transparency, and technical rigor in their climate journey. Brooklyn Saylor
Brooklyn Saylor is a senior sustainability and carbon accounting consultant with more than 14 years of experience supporting global organizations across manufacturing, agriculture, technology, and energy sectors. She specializes in Scope 1–3 carbon accounting, net-zero strategy, and climate disclosure, with deep expertise in leading regulatory and reporting frameworks.
A trusted advisor on complex, high-stakes sustainability initiatives, Brooklyn is recognized for her analytical rigor and ability to translate technical data into practical, decision-ready insights. Outside of work, she is a mom of three, president of a nonprofit supporting children’s education, a youth soccer coach, and an outdoor enthusiast.
Shantanu Kongara
Shantanu Kongara helps organizations navigate complex air quality, greenhouse gas, and environmental sustainability challenges with clarity and confidence. His work focuses on translating technical analyses and evolving regulations into practical, defensible strategies that support compliance, reduce risk, and advance long-term climate and sustainability objectives. Whether advising on regulatory requirements, emissions reporting, or environmental planning, his goal is to provide insight that is both technically rigorous and directly actionable.
Shantanu brings more than 17 years of experience in air quality and environmental consulting, supporting clients across the energy, mining, manufacturing, technology, and agricultural sectors. His expertise includes air quality permitting, dispersion modeling, ambient and meteorological monitoring, emissions inventories, and regulatory compliance under U.S. EPA and California Air Resources Board (CARB) programs. He’s led Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas inventories, managed EPA GHGRP and CARB MRR reporting programs, supported ESG and climate disclosures aligned with SASB, CDP, and TCFD, and contributed to air quality and GHG evaluations for Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments. Shantanu Kongara is known for delivering analyses that are technically sound, audit-ready, and trusted by regulators and stakeholders alike.
Outside of his professional work, he enjoys stepping away from the screen and spending time outdoors—riding motorcycles, hiking, and hanging out with my dog. These pursuits help him recharge and keep perspective, while reinforcing the balance, focus, and curiosity I bring to my work.
